Katy Gallagher ineligible!
The High Court has just found Katy Gallagher to be ineligible to sit as a federal parliamentarian. At least four others are now almost certain to follow.
I have harped on this endlessly, but this has been so predictable that it is indefensible. Was it only to continue being paid when ineligible?
